Pre-K 3
Ms. Erin McHugh & Ms. Patricia Spry
Hello, my name is Erin McHugh. I was born in Baltimore City, MD but as a child I was raised in Columbia, MD. After graduating high school I received my Early Childhood Certification and Associates degree in Elementary Education from Howard Community College. I attended Towson State University and received a BS in Elementary Education. After graduating I worked with preschool age children at West Mooreland Children's Center for 3 years and Columbia Academy for 3 years. I went on to teach 2nd grade in Prince Georges's Co. and 2 yrs of 1st grade in Washington, DC. For the last 7 years I have taught at St. Philip the Apostle School, the first 5 years with first grade and then I moved to teach the 3yr old program.
In my spare time I keep very busy with my 2 children. When I take a break from that my next love would be drawing.

My name is Patricia Ann Spry and I am a para-professional for the PreK 3 program here at St. Philip the Apostle. I worked at St. Ignatius in Fort Washington with the 1st - 4th grade teachers from 2001-2008 with reading comprehension.
I have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren. It's great to be a grandma and never a dull moment.
I love to be outdoors gardening when the weather is nice. Other hobbies I enjoy are reading, going to the movies or an occasional dinner out.
This is my first year working here at St. Philip the Apostle, however I am not new to the parish. I have been a parishioner here for 33 years!
